Today the LLM we use and recommend is Anthropic's Claude AI: the best model on the market for extracting data from documents and images. It excels at contextual understanding of long, nuanced text — contracts, payment terms, non-standard clauses — and at reading scans, photos and complex layouts, with a low tendency to hallucinate data.

How it works

Practical example
