ERP integrations are at the core of Data Alchemy: data extracted from invoices, delivery notes and orders is validated against master data and written straight into your ERP through the AI agent, installed at your premises (destination: a database, CSV, JSON or TXT files, or APIs), or through the REST API with webhooks, included in every licence. With the AI agent, integration takes 2–5 working days without custom integrations. With Claude Sonnet or higher, reading a one-page document takes on average around 12 seconds (around 18 seconds for two pages).

The native Salesforce integration is included in the Enterprise licence: orders read by the AI land as drafts in the CRM, already filled in and with the original PDF attached. Other CRMs connect through the AI agent installed at your premises (destination: a database, CSV, JSON or TXT files, or APIs; an add-on with the Business licence, included in Enterprise) or through the REST API and webhooks, included in every licence.

Beyond the ERPs with a dedicated page, Data Alchemy connects to any ERP or CRM through the same four modes. They can be combined: for example, the Mail service captures the documents and the AI agent posts the extracted data into your ERP.

The REST API and webhooks are included in every licence. The Basic licence, and therefore the Demo that is its free trial, does not include the AI agent, the Mail service or the Salesforce connector: on Basic, ERP integration goes through the REST API.
