Why a Demo licence (not a free OCR)
A free OCR tool transcribes text, but it won't tell you whether the AI truly understands your documents. The Demo Area does the opposite: it puts intelligent extraction in your hands — document recognition, structured fields, validation — on your real files, with one of the platform's predefined models. The AI agent is not part of the Demo, which is a trial Basic licence: it is available in the Business (separately quoted option) and Enterprise licences. So you evaluate Data Alchemy on what matters, before activating it.

How do I activate the Demo?
Fill in the form at the top of this page with your company details, a business email address and your privacy consent: the request creates your trial Basic licence (10 days, 10 documents, 1 model) and you receive instructions for accessing it at the address you provided.
Which model can I try?
You choose 1 model from the predefined document models — invoices, delivery notes, orders, price lists and more. Each already has the most suitable LLM assigned, with no template configuration.
How many documents can I upload, and for how long?
The Demo is a trial Basic licence: for 10 days you process up to 10 real documents (PDFs, images, scans), exactly as they are, with the storage the trial needs.
Are the results real or simulated?
They're real: it's the same extraction engine as the platform in production. You see the extracted and validated fields with a confidence score, as in production reading.
Are my documents safe?
Yes. The Demo runs in a locked-down environment dedicated to your company: the documents you upload stay secure, are never shared and are processed exclusively to produce the requested extraction. Data Alchemy is GDPR compliant and the platform is hosted in Europe; with Data Alchemy AI and the European providers, processing stays in Europe too, while with Claude and GPT, documents are processed by the respective providers under a DPA.
Does the Demo include the AI agent?
No. The Demo is a trial Basic licence, for trying the reading of your own documents with 1 predefined model. The AI agent is included in the Enterprise licence and available as a separately quoted option in the Business licence; it is not available in Basic.
What happens after the demo?
If the extraction convinces you, you choose the licence that fits best (Basic, Business or Enterprise) and receive a quote based on your volumes, with pay-as-you-go credits for processing: 1 credit = 1 document, whatever the number of pages. No obligation: the Demo is there to let you assess the quality on your own documents.
